  For our very first visit we decided to try a mushroom burger & the lumpia. Hubby couldn't get over how the generous size of the tasty burger stayed so nicely intact. Best potato salad I've ever tasted! The lumpia was made to perfection with the pancit as a delicious accompaniment! John & Rosie show their kindness and know the folks who live in the community. What a wonderful & cozy place to have in our neighborhood!

  New to the area, I stumbled in to Rose's Café....glad I did. Homemade slaw, they had Chicken and Dumplings.... Also on the counter sitting very quietly is a glass jar containing THE best shortbread cookie's I ever had, I'm told the husband makes them and I've been back and bought a box full. Great place to sit and read the paper.
